Ezra’s mission is to enable early cancer detection for everyone by using Artificial Intelligence and the most advanced medical imaging technology available.

We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer health membership. Our members visit a partner imaging center to get a full-body MRI scan, and receive a cancer screening report from an Ezra Medical Provider within 7 days.

Our reports are generated by radiologists to quickly and accurately screen for potential abnormalities anywhere in the body. We're also building AI technology designed to assist radiologists in their analysis of MR images - as well as increase their productivity (AI technology is under FDA review).

Your mission

Your mission is to provide consultations to inbound leads and convert them into Ezra members. You are at the forefront of helping all men detect prostate cancer early.

As a Junior Inside Sales Representative at Ezra, you will:

  • Conduct inbound lead follow-up and engage in consultative-based selling
  • Qualify opportunities and convert them to new Ezra members
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective members
  • Be willing to make numerous (50+) calls per day
  • Develop and foster new business relationships with physicians and medical practices
  • Bring a competitive spirit to the team

Who you are

An Inside Sale Representative with ideally at least 1 year of experience but willing to bring on a candidate who is willing to learn and be taught our sales process. You are hungry for success. You're passionate about sales and love engaging with customers. You're very comfortable speaking on the phone to prospective clients. You have excellent communication skills and energy. Lastly, you're a compassionate individual, who understands the importance of displaying empathy, as you will talk to people about their sensitive and trying health matters.

Key requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven inside sales experience
  • Very strong phone presence and dialing many calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
