Ezra’s mission is to enable early cancer detection for everyone by using Artificial Intelligence and the most advanced medical imaging technology available.
We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer health membership. Our members visit a partner imaging center to get a full body MRI scan, and receive a cancer screening report within 7 days. Our reports are generated by radiologists assisted by the Ezra AI, which increases accuracy and improves productivity for our radiologists.
You will be responsible for managing the search and recruitment process for Ezra. You will also work with the Head of Talent & People Operations to develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill each department's staffing needs.
Your mission will be to source and evaluate candidates for various positions within the company. As a recruiter, you should be able to build relationships with candidates through strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Multi-tasking skills are crucial, as you will be working on a number of different open positions at the same time and you'll be managing different candidates within the different stages of a hiring pipeline.
