Our mission

Ezra’s mission is to enable early cancer detection for everyone by using Artificial Intelligence and the most advanced medical imaging technology available.

We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer health membership. Our members visit a partner imaging center to get a full body MRI scan, and receive a cancer screening report within 7 days. Our reports are generated by radiologists assisted by the Ezra AI, which increases accuracy and improves productivity for our radiologists.

Your mission

You will be responsible for managing the search and recruitment process for Ezra. You will also work with the Head of Talent & People Operations to develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill each department's staffing needs.

Your mission will be to source and evaluate candidates for various positions within the company. As a recruiter, you should be able to build relationships with candidates through strong interpersonal and communication skills.

As an Ezra Recruiter, you will:

  • Work with the hiring manager and our Head of Talent to determine the various hiring needs for each department
  • Source candidates on LinkedIn and other business or social media networks
  • Screen resumes
  • Write job descriptions
  • Attend recruitment, career fairs and other networking events
  • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Carry candidates through the entire recruitment process
  • Communicate information about Ezra, our mission, our culture and employee benefits during the screening process
  • Post job descriptions on various different platforms
  • Assist in creating new talent acquisition channels
  • Help with our internship programs and campus recruitment initiatives

Who you are

You are organized, a great listener, goal oriented and an excellent communicator. You must be able to work well under pressure. Multi-tasking skills are crucial, as you will be working on a number of different open positions at the same time and you'll be managing different candidates within the different stages of a hiring pipeline. You very good at prioritizing your work. You are patient and professional. You are also personable and great at creating rapport with candidates, in order to build trust.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or related field
  • Experience working in a fast paced tech environment
  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the software industry
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Personable, with high emotional intelligence
  • Organized and excellent with time management skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
