Our mission

Ezra’s mission is to enable early cancer detection for everyone by using Artificial Intelligence and the most advanced medical imaging technology available.

We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer health membership. Our members visit a partner imaging center to get a full body MRI scan, and receive a cancer screening report within 7 days. Our reports are generated by radiologists assisted by the Ezra AI, which increases accuracy and improves productivity for our radiologists.

Your mission

You will be responsible for providing the best possible clinical care to Ezra members and ensure every interaction they have with the company is exceptional. You will also influence our clinical workflow, and have an opportunity to participate in research studies we conduct.

As an Ezra Nurse Practitioner, you will:

  • Conduct pre-scan calls with patients to assess their health history, family history of cancer, and answer any clinical questions they may have.
  • Work with a collaborating physician to generate orders for our members’ MRI scans, based on the pre-scan calls you hold with them.
  • Review members’ radiology reports from their Ezra scans and prepare reports that translate the radiology results in layman’s terms, and provide actionable next steps, in partnership with a collaborating physician.
  • Conduct post-scan calls with members to communicate their results, and answer any questions they may have.
  • Liaise with specialist physicians whenever an Ezra member requires follow-up investigations.
  • Conduct clinical research to help expand our cancer screening programs and inform product decisions.
  • Participate in writing research papers led by our AI team, in order to bring a clinical perspective to our efforts.
  • Take an active role in improving our end-to-end member experience.
