Ezra’s mission is to enable early cancer detection for everyone by using Artificial Intelligence and the most advanced medical imaging technology available.
We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer health membership. Our members visit a partner imaging center to get a full body MRI scan, and receive a cancer screening report within 7 days. Our reports are generated by radiologists assisted by the Ezra AI, which increases accuracy and improves productivity for our radiologists.
You will be responsible for ensuring that Ezra members are well taken care of across the entire screening process. You will also call Ezra members to confirm appointments, follow-up with them when they haven't filled in their medical questionnaires, and be available whenever they have any questions..
Your mission is to act as their healthcare patron, guiding them through our process and their subsequent clinical work-up as necessary.
